Swiftmax collects information from buyers and sellers including Identity (full name, government-issued ID), Contact (email, phone, residential address), and Financial documentation (bank account details, BVN match, source of funds declaration).

4. How we use the data

We use this data to complete KYC and AML verification per Nigerian law, verify property listings, process escrow transactions, and comply with SEC, NFIU, and NDPC regulatory obligations.
