1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Swiftmax platform. By creating an account or transacting through Swiftmax, you agree to these Terms and any property-specific agreements.

2. What Swiftmax is, and isn't

Swiftmax is a marketplace and verification facilitator. Swiftmax is NOT a bank, a mortgage institution, or a licensed law firm. We facilitate transactions between independent buyers, sellers, and service providers.

3. Escrow and Funds

Buyer funds are held in escrow accounts operated by licensed Nigerian trustee partners. Funds release only on instruction from both buyer and seller, or by trustee determination upon defined transaction milestones.

4. Disclaimers

Verification covers what's verifiable at the time of listing. It does not constitute a warranty of fitness or future performance. Property investment carries risk, and buyers are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel.
